Shipping costs
We send parcels using the services of DPD courier, GLS or Polish Post.All shipments are registered and have a tracking number.

Forms of delivery and shipping dates
Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
In most cases, goods are shipped within 24-48 hours.

The entity providing online payment services is the Paypal payment system

Returns:
You have the right to give up the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment, withdrawing from the purchase contract and return the purchased goods to the seller.

The customer should inform the seller about the decision to return the goods by completing the return form and sending it by e-mail to the address hello@reinkreacja.com or attach it with the receipt to the returned package.

We also ask you to pack the returned product in a way that guarantees its safe shipment. The store does not accept cash on delivery shipments. The consumer bears the cost of the return shipment.

The consumer is entitled to a refund of the cost of the purchased item together with the cost of shipping (when purchasing) after receiving the return shipment with proof of purchase, completed return form and after assessing the condition of the products. The settlement will be made immediately, but not later than within 14 days, by transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer. The seller has
the right to refuse to accept the return of goods bearing traces of use.
